What does that mean?

We want to provide you with a link to people in your area with amazing stories of how they were successful, motivated, academically smart, respectful and trusted in the community. It took a lot of work to get there. Think back to what Dr. Jones said happened to him during his time as a student at Philander Smith College. There are many people that helped us achieve our goals, these people were parents, grandparents, pastors, coaches, librarians, ROTC instructors, Band directors and others. Remember what Muskie Harris told you what happens to most football players at big colleges. The goal is to get the degree at the end of four or five years.

An African Proverb states "It takes a village to raise a child". New Jersey Senator Corey Booker stated "If you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together." We hope to be your village and want you to go out and prosper (to improve the village (Little Rock)).
